แรกแต่มักแย่ลงเมื่อเวลาผ่านไปทำให้ต้องแก้ไขไม่ช้าก็เร็วดังเช่นคนไข้รายนี้ได้รับการเสริมซิลิโคน
จมูก 2 ครั้งเข้ามาแก้ไขเพราะผิวหนังปลายจมูกบางลงและเจ็บเสียวเหมือนซิลิโคนจะทะลุ การเสริมจมูก
ให้ได้ผลลัพธ์ดีที่สุดคือครั้งแรกค่าใช้จ่ายก็ต่ำสุด ส่วนการแก้ไขอาจไม่ได้ผลอย่างที่ต้องการแถมค่าใช้
จ่ายก็สูงกว่าและอาจสูงเป็นเท่าตัว
จมูก 2 เดือนหลังผ่าตัดแก้ไขด้วยเทคนิค open และใช้กระดูกอ่อนของคนไข้เอง จมูกค่อยๆยุบบวมลง
เรื่อยๆ และผิวหนังค่อยๆโอบรัดเข้ารูปกับโครงสร้างใหม่ที่ทำด้วยกระดูกอ่อนซี่โครง คงไม่ต้องบรรยาย
ต่อว่าจมูกใหม่นี้มีรูปทรงแตกต่างจากจมูกซิลิโคนอย่างไร หวังว่ารูปภาพนี้คงช่วยให้คนไข้ที่ต้องการ
แก้ไข และคนไข้ที่กำลังตัดสินใจจะเสริมจมูกได้เลือกสิ่งที่ดีที่สุดให้กับตัวเอง

which is a pity as the patient missed the train for the best possible result if she had her

done properly since the first time as in this patient example. She had 2 silicone nose
implant
surgeries that thin out the skin envelope especially at the nasal tip. She came in because
she noticed the skin thinning at the nasal tip and the feeling of silicone extrusion. 2 months
after corrective open rhinoplasty using the patient’s own rib cartilage, the swelling starts to
disappear, the skin starts to conform to the new cartilaginous framework and reflects
what is
under. The photo tells more than words. We hope that this evidence will help the patients
who are looking for correction and the new patients who are searching how and where to
have their noses done make the right decision.

The decision to undergo cosmetic
surgery is an important one. Several factors can impact the likelihood of having both a successful and comfortable experience. These key issues typically revolve around the surgeon performing the procedure and the facility where that procedure takes place. The prospect patient may find these issues when evaluating a surgeon and surgical facility invaluable in having a pleasant cosmetic surgery experience.

There is always a mix up between cosmetic surgery and plastic surgery. In fact they are totally different. Cosmetic surgery is a unique medicine that doesn’t belong to any specialty, the patient (often times doesn’t even want to be called patient but rather client) is different, expectation is different and the concept of surgery is different. There are several other legitimate sounding “boards” which can lead consumers to think a physician is an accredited cosmetic surgeon when in fact he or she is not. Cosmetic surgeon understands the patient’s desire and he or she can blend art and medicine to deliver a safe and sound medical procedure at an optimum result. In medicine there is no law that confines a physician to practice the type of medicine or surgery in which he specifically trained. Therefore, it is technically legal for an individual with a medical license but little or no training in cosmetic surgery to perform cosmetic procedures. This
however does not necessarily equate to medical competence. There are some highly respected organizations including American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, European Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, International Academy of 
Cosmetic Surgery who provides recognition for those who are active and up to date in advancing cosmetic surgery as its members. On-going continuing medical education is a requirement of membership. Membership in these professional societies thereby ensures that the surgeon is exposed to current trends and techniques in the field.

Equally important to the surgeon you choose is the facility where your procedure is performed. Accreditation for office based operating rooms certifies that a facility meets nationally recognized standards that optimize safety and quality patient care. The ministry of health for accreditation of ambulatory surgery facility looks to factors such as emergency readiness, equipment and cleanliness in deeming a facility safe for surgical procedures.
After checking the appropriate credentials, meeting the surgeon and their staff members is invaluable. Meeting a physician and having them spend time with you is important in establishing confidence in their capabilities and trust in them as a physician and an individual. You ultimately need to be comfortable with those taking care of you and in discussing what your expectations are. A qualified and reputable surgeon will gladly discuss a procedure, answer your questions and discuss alternatives and side effects. We recommend that prospect patient have a consultation to see if the philosophy and concept of the cosmetic surgeon meet your beauty and possibly see some prior work of the surgeon.
