การเสริมจมูกด้วยซิลิโคนแท่งครั้งแล้วครั้งเล่า แก้แล้วแก้อีก สุดท้ายเพียงแค่ขอให้จมูกกลับไปเหมือนก่อนเสริมยังเป็นไปไม่ได้เลย ดังนั้นยิ่งถอดซิลิโคนแท่งออกเร็วเท่าไรก็ยิ่งลดการทำลายเนื้อเยื่อจมูกมากเท่านั้น และจะเพิ่มโอกาสให้ได้จมูกอย่างที่ต้องการถ้าเสริมด้วยกระดูกอ่อนตัวเองโดยใช้เทคนิคที่เหมาะสม

Repeated nasal silicone implant surgeries, the best way to crucify a nose, is both needless and purely the surgeon’s fault. Immediate removal of the implant can prevent serious tissue damage and secure the possibility of a welcome result.
6 weeks after corrective rhinoplasty using the patient’s own rib cartilage, although the nose is still swollen but the patient was extremely pleased with the results as her nose now looks like a human nose and she is positive that it will only become nicer and nicer over time.    การเสริมจมูกด้วยซิลิโคนแท่งมักไม่ได้ผลลัพธ์อย่างที่คนไข้ต้องการอย่างถาวร จมูกอาจแลดูดีในช่วง
แรกแต่มักแย่ลงเมื่อเวลาผ่านไปทำให้ต้องแก้ไขไม่ช้าก็เร็วดังเช่นคนไข้รายนี้ได้รับการเสริมซิลิโคนจมูก 2 ครั้งเข้ามาแก้ไขเพราะผิวหนังปลายจมูกบางลงและเจ็บเสียวเหมือนซิลิโคนจะทะลุ การเสริมจมูกให้ได้ผลลัพธ์ดีที่สุดคือครั้งแรกค่าใช้จ่ายก็ต่ำสุด ส่วนการแก้ไขอาจไม่ได้ผลอย่างที่ต้องการแถมค่าใช้จ่ายก็สูงกว่าและอาจสูงเป็นเท่าตัว
จมูก 2 เดือนหลังผ่าตัดแก้ไขด้วยเทคนิค open และใช้กระดูกอ่อนของคนไข้เอง จมูกค่อยๆยุบบวมลงเรื่อยๆ และผิวหนังค่อยๆโอบรัดเข้ารูปกับโครงสร้างใหม่ที่ทำด้วยกระดูกอ่อนซี่โครง คงไม่ต้องบรรยายต่อว่าจมูกใหม่นี้มีรูปทรงแตกต่างจากจมูกซิลิโคนอย่างไร หวังว่ารูปภาพนี้คงช่วยให้คนไข้ที่ต้องการแก้ไข และคนไข้ที่กำลังตัดสินใจจะเสริมจมูกได้เลือกสิ่งที่ดีที่สุดให้กับตัวเอง

Silicone nose implant has short live therefore it sets the patient up for a secondary surgery which is a pity as the patient missed the train for the best possible result if she had her nose done properly since the first time as in this patient example. She had 2 silicone nose implant surgeries that thin out the skin envelope especially at the nasal tip. She came in because she noticed the skin thinning at the nasal tip and the feeling of silicone extrusion. 2 months after corrective open rhinoplasty using the patient’s own rib cartilage, the swelling starts to disappear, the skin starts to conform to the new cartilaginous framework and reflects what is under. The photo tells more than words. We hope that this evidence will help the patients who are looking for correction and the new patients who are searching how and where to have their noses done make the right decision.

This patient has had nasal silicone implant in conjunction with ear cartilage at the nasal tip from elsewhere came in for a finesse rhinoplasty
For me every surgery is an opportunity to make someone beautiful as much as possible in a single shot and I'd like to think that I have only one chance so I usually combine multiple surgeries as in this particular patient at 16 months after corrective open rhinoplasty using the patient’s own rib cartilage, bat ear correction, fat injection into mid face, and corrective circumareolar augmentation mastopexy to correct the sagging implanted breasts from elsewhere. The request was a better breast shape and the safe biggest size.
